Your Skills
- ECC CS (must have), S/4HANA Service Management with the mentioned topics (nice to have), CX Service Cloud (nice to have)
- Expertise from at least 1-3 S/4 Hana project where Customer Service is involved
- Knowledge around In house customer service repair, On site repair, functional objects, service contract, warranties in S4 compatible mode as per decision
- Knowledge about service cloud and integration topics

Your Tasks
- Help with the implementation the following ECC CS scope in a new S/4HANA system in the compatibility scope
- Service Master Data & Agreement Management
- Lean integration from SAP S/4HANA to SAP Service Cloud for ticketing is included in the scope
