Task description and requirements
For one of our clients we are currently looking for a PR, Social & Brand Expert (m/f/d) on a freelance basis.


Short description of the project:

Our customer needs a PR, Social & brand communications project to be executed: a marketing campaign for the spring/summer 2023 season from initial agency briefing to final upload of marketing tools to an marketing content platform.


The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external:

* Independently executes omnichannel marketing work, such as remote agency briefings (video conference between contractor and agency partners), creation of deliverables list (template and guidance provided by Brand Comms aSMC team), supervision of photoshoots, creation of marketing sell out tools. Contractor to communicate on behalf of the customer, external's status is highlighted in email address and will be mentioned in the introduction calls with the agency. The customer provides a concept briefing before the start of the project, as well as reviews and double checks all tools (imagery, video content, formatted channel tools) before the contractor publishes to adidas' marketing content platform by the external (DAB).
* Delivers campaign tools (PR tools, social, imagery, videos, copy decks, activation guidelines) on time and in full (OTIF). Tools for calculation of OTIF timelines and briefing about campaign objectives to be provided by customer team before the start of the project.
* Provides bi-weekly status updates of marketing activities to Brand Comms Director via email and provides updates based on timelines which are provided at the start of the project.
