- Advice on travel products such as flights, trains, rental cars, hotels via Amadeus
- Assistance to travellers during unexpected travel difficulties, e.g.
Flight delays, storms, etc.
- After-sales support for customer inquiries, e.g. cancellation, complaints, rebooking
This is what we wish for:
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German, at least B2 level
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Customer-oriented communication and advice as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
- 1 year experience of working on Amadeus
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a German-speaking customer advisor (in any industry)
