Project Manager PMO (M/F/D)

Tasks:
· Operational management of product development projects in the field of diagnostic products from the concept phase to the introduction into serial production
· Leadership of an interdisciplinary team from Development, Quality and Operations (the position is centrally located in the PMO)
· Developing, managing and motivating the project team
· Adherence to time, cost and quality targets in the project as well as transparent communication of changes and risks
· Coordinating all activities to ensure project stakeholder satisfaction
· Reporting to local and international decision making groups
· Maintain project management IT systems in an environment with a high level of project management maturity

Qualification:
· Completed technical or business management studies
· Assertive motivator with high self-initiative, who forms and leads interdisciplinary teams
· Several years of experience in project management of product development projects, ideally in the Med Tech environment of a multi-national organization
· Expertise in project management methods, incl. certification IPMA Level C upwards or a comparable certification
· Experience with agile methods e.g. Agile Scrum Master or Agile Coach desirable
· Business fluent German and English skills
